Good programs attract members, promote involvement and increase the level of member satisfaction with the chapter. It’s our role to provide meaningful, educational and helpful programs to our members.
In hard economic times, members look to grow, develop and add new skills to their portfolio/bag of tricks. As a professional organization, ASID must fulfill that need in order to keep its membership happy.
Timing is key—improving on notifications, registration and overall planning ahead will allow members a chance to attend more events and coordinate their busy schedules better.
Web learning, online streaming and social media are important parts of today’s world and can be successfully implemented to allow for more learning outlets.
